研究目的：

研究阿利沙坦酯对血管内皮的保护功能及血管损伤的修复作用，为药物临床应用提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the protective effect of Allisartan isoproxil on vascular endothelium and the repair of vascular injury, and to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 轻度原发性高血压患者(血压范围:140-159/90-99mmHg)。
2. 年龄：25-75岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mild essential hypertensive patients (BP ranged from 140/90mmHg to 159/99mmHg)
2. Aged from 25 to 75 years.

排除标准：

1. 患有糖尿病、冠心病、外周血管疾病、急慢性肝病、肾功能不全、高脂血症、恶性肿瘤、感染性疾病。
2. 使用非甾体抗炎药、甾体类、血管活性剂治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffer from diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, acute or chronic liver diseases, renal insufficiency, hyperlipidemia, malignancies and infectious diseases;
2. Using non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, vasoactive agents treatment.
