研究目的：

①本研究旨在基于家庭护士食疗理论，探究苦荞茶联合饮食方案对颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后认知功能障碍患者的应用效果。 ②结合膳食炎症指数得分、年龄、性别等人群特征进行亚组分析，评价苦荞茶联合饮食方案在不同亚组中应用效果，明确该方案获益人群，为颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后认知功能障碍患者精准食疗提供依据。 ③结合家庭护士食疗理论，根据生化指标结果反扣机制，进行机制探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study aims to investigate the application effect of Tartary buckwheat tea combined with a dietary intervention on patients with cognitive dysfunction after endovascular coiling of intracranial aneurysm, based on the Family Nurse Dietary Therapy Theory. 2. Subgroup analyses will be conducted based on population characteristics including Dietary Inflammatory Index (DII) score, age, and sex, to evaluate the application effects of the Tartary buckwheat tea combined dietary intervention across different subgroups, identify the beneficiary population of this regimen, and provide evidence for precision dietary therapy in patients with cognitive dysfunction after endovascular coiling of intracranial aneurysm. 3. Grounded in the Family Nurse Dietary Therapy Theory, the mechanism will be explored by cross-referencing the results of biochemical indicators to retrospectively infer the underlying mechanisms.

纳入标准：

1: 确诊为颅内动脉瘤并行介入栓塞者 2: 接受颅脑手术后7天 3: 年龄≥35岁 4: 满足《精神障碍诊断标准与统计手册》第五版（DSM-5）中神经认知障碍的诊断要求，即存在1个或多个认知领域（如记忆、语言、执行功能等）的显著减退，且影响日常生活或社会功能 5: MoCA评分：文盲≤13 分，受教育年限 1~6 年≤19分，受教育年限 7 年及以上≤26 分 6: 患者及家属理解并积极配合本研究，患者能够保证试验期间全程配合、后期随访

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with intracranial aneurysm and treated with endovascular coiling. 2.Patients who are 7 days post-craniotomy (or post-cranial surgery). 3.Age ≥ 35 years. 4.Meet the diagnostic criteria for neurocognitive disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), defined as a significant decline in one or more cognitive domains (e.g., memory, language, executive function, etc.) that interferes with daily living or social functioning. 5.MoCA score: ≤13 for illiterate individuals, ≤19 for those with 1–6 years of education, and ≤26 for those with 7 or more years of education. 6.The patient and their family members understand and actively cooperate with this study, and the patient can guarantee full cooperation throughout the trial period and subsequent follow-up.

排除标准：

1: 其他病因导致的认知障碍 2: 有严重精神病史者 3: 肝肾功能不全的患者 4: 近一周服用过影响认知功能相关药物，如抗胆碱能药物、苯二氮卓类药物、镇静催眠药等 5: 存在认知障碍、抑郁症、焦虑症等其他精神障碍疾病 6: 饮水呛咳患者（洼田饮水试验≥3级） 7: 正在服用其他中草药 8: 有怀孕意向、拒绝采取避孕措施、处于哺乳期者 9: 近两个月内有出国计划者 10: 正在参与其他研究项目者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cognitive impairment caused by other etiologies. 2.Patients with a history of severe mental illness. 3.Patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency. 4.Patients who have taken medications affecting cognitive function (e.g., anticholinergics, benzodiazepines, sedative-hypnotics) within the past week. 5.Patients with cognitive impairment, depression, anxiety disorders, or other mental disorders. 6.Patients who experience choking when drinking water (Kubota Water Swallowing Test score ≥3). 7.Patients who are currently taking other Chinese herbal medicines. 8.Women who are planning to become pregnant, refuse to use contraception, or are currently breastfeeding. 9.Patients who plan to go abroad within the next two months. 10.Patients who are currently enrolled in other research studies.
