研究目的：

探索在原发性醛固酮增多症不同病理类型中低密度脂蛋白受体改变与醛固酮、血压、血脂等临床特征之间的相关性，揭示低密度脂蛋白受体变化在原发性醛固酮增多症发生发展中的重要作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between low-density lipoprotein receptor alterations and clinical characteristics including aldosterone, blood pressure, and blood lipid profiles in different pathological subtypes of primary aldosteronism, and to reveal the critical role of low-density lipoprotein receptor changes in the pathogenesis and progression of primary aldosteronism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ARR初筛阳性：即血浆醛固酮/肾素活性或血浆醛固酮/肾素浓度比值分别>30或>3.7；
2.至少一项确诊实验，即生理盐水试验、卡托普利试验、口服高钠饮食或氟氢可的松试验阳性，其中，自发的低血钾合并肾素低于检测下限、醛固酮浓度>20 ng/dL患者无需进行确诊试验；
3.肾上腺CT或AVS提示单侧病变；
4.年龄为18～75岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Positive initial screening with aldosterone-renin ratio (ARR): plasma aldosterone/renin activity ratio > 30 or plasma aldosterone/renin concentration ratio > 3.7, respectively.
2.At least one positive confirmatory test, including the saline infusion test, captopril challenge test, oral high-sodium diet test, or fludrocortisone suppression test. Patients with spontaneous hypokalemia, renin levels below the lower limit of detection, and plasma aldosterone concentration > 20 ng/dL were exempt from confirmatory testing.
3.Unilateral lesion was indicated by adrenal computed tomography (CT) or adrenal vein sampling (AVS).
4.Age ranged from 18 to 75 years.

排除标准：

1.初筛实验肾素、醛固酮检测结果不全；
2.筛查时用药影响肾素、醛固酮的检测，导致结果不准确；
3.合并严重的心、肝、肾功能不全；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.滥用药物或酒精成瘾或患有难以控制的精神疾病；
6.智力障碍或智力不成熟，行为不能自控者；
7.不同意参与本研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete detection results of renin and aldosterone in the initial screening test;
2.Medications used during screening interfered with the detection of renin and aldosterone, resulting in inaccurate test results;
3.Complicated with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal insufficiency;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.Individuals with drug abuse, alcohol addiction, or uncontrollable psychiatric disorders;
6.Patients with intellectual disability or immature mental capacity who are unable to control their own behaviors;
7.Those who refuse to participate in the present study.
