研究目的：

分析中国康复研究中心卒中后吞咽障碍留置胃管患者的临床特征，筛选影响胃管拔除及经口进食恢复的关键因素，构建并验证预测模型，为卒中后吞咽障碍患者的胃管管理及进食功能康复提供临床决策依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical characteristics of post-stroke dysphagia patients with indwelling nasogastric tubes admitted to China Rehabilitation Research Center from January 2022 to December 2024, identify key factors influencing nasogastric tube removal and oral feeding recovery, and construct and validate predictive models, so as to provide clinical decision-making basis for nasogastric tube management and feeding function rehabilitation in post-stroke dysphagia patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有脑卒中后吞咽障碍病史；
2.年龄＞18 岁；
3.入院时留置胃管，有鼻胃管喂养史；
4.明确记录拔管或未拔管的临床结局；

Inclusion criteria

1. History of dysphagia following a cerebrovascular accident; 2. Age over 18 years; 3. A nasogastric tube was inserted upon admission, with a history of nasogastric tube feeding. 4. Clearly document clinical outcomes following extubation or non-extubation;

排除标准：

1.吞咽障碍由非卒中疾病引起（如脑外伤、颅内肿瘤、癫痫、蛛网膜下腔出血、TIA 等其他神经系统诊断）；
2.病例信息不完整，关键数据缺失影响分析；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dysphagia arising from non-stroke conditions (such as traumatic brain injury, intracranial tumours, epilepsy, subarachnoid haemorrhage, transient ischaemic attack, and other neurological diagnoses); 2. Incomplete case information with missing key data impedes analysis.
