研究目的：

1.明确产后感染（败血症）与早产儿 BPD 发生的独立关联； 2.探讨产后感染对 BPD 严重程度及 BPD 相关肺动脉高压（PH）的影响； 3.构建整合感染状态的 BPD 风险个体化预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the independent association between postpartum infection (sepsis) and the occurrence of BPD in preterm infants; 2. Explore the impact of postpartum infection on the severity of BPD and BPD-related pulmonary hypertension (PH); 3. Develop a personalized BPD risk prediction model integrating infection status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.出生胎龄＜32 周的早产儿； 2.2015 年 1 月至 2025 年 12 月出生于陆军特色医学中心 NICU； 3.无失访、无关键数据缺失，存活至出院并完成 BPD、PH 相关诊疗评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preterm infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks; 2. Born in the NICU of the Army Specialty Medical Center from January 2015 to December 2025; 3. No loss to follow-up, no missing key data, survived until discharge, and completed BPD and PH related diagnostic and treatment evaluations.

排除标准：

1.关键基线数据（性别、出生体重、胎龄）缺失比例超过 30% 者； 2.BPD 严重程度分级缺失或 PH 状态缺失者（仅针对亚组分析队列）； 3.住院期间因严重感染、休克等原因 3 天内放弃治疗或死亡者； 4.确诊患有遗传代谢性疾病、严重心肺畸形（如先天性心脏病、膈疝）者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with more than 30% missing key baseline data (gender, birth weight, gestational age); 2. Individuals missing BPD severity grading or PH status (only applicable to the subgroup analysis cohort); 3. Individuals who abandoned treatment or died within 3 days of hospitalization due to severe infection, shock, or other reasons; 4. Individuals diagnosed with genetic metabolic diseases or severe cardiopulmonary malformations (such as congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernia).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用excel表格进行数据整理，数据库在医渡云全院大数据管理平台建立并且调取。由于医渡云全院大数据管理平台已经对于数据进行了整理，所以无需双录入。整个流程均为电子化数据采集。数据库清洗已经由大坪医院的医渡云系统处理完毕。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data organization was performed using Excel spreadsheets, with the database established and accessed through the Yidu Cloud Hospital-wide Big Data Management Platform. Since the Yidu Cloud Hospital-wide Big Data Management Platform has already processed the data, duplicate data entry is unnecessary. The entire workflow involves electronic data collection. Database cleansing has been completed by the Yidu Cloud system of Daping Hospital.
