总体目标是构建并验证一种基于人工智能的耳鼻喉疾病智能辅助诊断系统,实现对常见耳、鼻、咽疾病的自动识别与辅助分析,并评估其在多中心真实临床环境中的适用性与稳定性 。开发目标为基于大规模、多中心耳鼻喉内镜影像数据构建深度学习模型,并结合MRI/EEG数据开展探索性分析以评估其与神经系统关联 。验证目标是在不同中心、设备和人群条件下评估模型的诊断性能与泛化能力 。应用目标是开发可在基层医疗机构部署的系统,以提升诊疗效率 。  

Objectives of Study:

The overall objective is to construct and validate an artificial intelligence-based intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system for otorhinolaryngological diseases, achieving automatic recognition and auxiliary analysis of common ear, nose, and throat diseases, and evaluating its applicability and stability in multi-center real clinical environments. The development objective involves building deep learning models based on large-scale, multi-center endoscopic imaging data, and conducting exploratory statistical analysis using MRI/EEG data. The validation objective is to systematically evaluate the model's diagnostic performance, stability, and generalization ability under different conditions. The application objective is to develop a deployable system for primary care facilities to improve diagnostic efficiency.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.接受常规耳鼻喉科检查并具有完整内镜影像记录的患者 。 2.影像对应的临床诊断由耳鼻喉专科医师确认 。 3.年龄>=1岁; 4.前瞻性研究对象已签署书面知情同意书 。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who undergo routine otolaryngological examinations and have complete endoscopic image records. 2.The clinical diagnosis corresponding to the images is confirmed by otolaryngologists. 3.Age >= 1 year. 4.Prospective subjects have signed a written informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.影像质量严重不合格(如明显模糊、遮挡或曝光过度) 。
2.关键影像或诊断信息缺失 。
3.合并严重基础疾病或存在明显干扰影像判读的情况 。
4.明确诊断的原发性神经系统疾病,可能显著影响神经影像分析结果者(仅适用于MRI/EEG子样本) 。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Severely unqualified image quality (e.g., obviously blurred, occluded, or overexposed).
2.Missing key imaging or diagnostic information.
3.Coexisting severe underlying diseases or conditions that significantly interfere with image interpretation.
4.Definitively diagnosed primary neurological diseases that may significantly affect neuroimaging analysis results (applicable only to the MRI/EEG subsample).
