研究目的：

通过对临床病例的对比治疗，明确蜂蜜栓治疗 FC 的科学性和有效性，为后续有效、方便治疗 FC 提供循证学依据，继以蜂蜜栓为基础方进行加减，为临床推广使用提供科学支撑。同时本疗法简单、廉价、易于规范、可操作性强，同时对其他炎性疾病有借鉴治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the treatment of clinical cases, the scientificity and effectiveness of the treatment of FC with honey suppository are clarified, which provides evidence-based basis for the effective and convenient treatment of FC in the follow-up, and then the honey suppository is used as the basic prescription for addition and subtraction, so as to provide scientific support for the clinical promotion. At the same time, this therapy is simple, cheap, easy to standardize, and operable, and it also has reference treatment effect on other inflammatory diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 符合功能性便秘西医诊断标准及中医辨证标准； 2. 年龄 20-78 岁； 3. 1 月内未使用抗生素及益生菌类药物； 4. 患者知情、签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in western medicine and the syndrome differentiation criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Age 20-78 years; 3. No use of antibiotics and probiotics within 1 month; 4. Informed consent of patients and signing of informed consent forms;

排除标准：

1. 伴有与FC相关的器质性疾病及系统疾病； 2. 伴有严重造血系统、神经及心脑血管损害的疾病； 3. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女； 4. 既往有胃肠手术病史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with organ diseases and systemic diseases related to FC; 2. Diseases with severe hematopoietic system, nerve and cardiovascular damage; 3. Pregnant, lactating women; 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery;

清晨，于清洁环境中采集未进食患者新鲜粪便标本

测量方法：

取粪便中段且中心位5g左右的样本，置于15ml一次性无菌采便管内，迅速冷冻，保存于-80℃超低温冰箱。粪便样本采用16S rDNA 细菌检测技术鉴定肠道菌群，分析治疗前后菌群结构和差异性。

Fresh stool specimens were collected from patients who had not eaten in a clean environment

Measure method：

Take a sample of about 5g from the middle and center of the stool, place it in a 15ml disposable sterile stool collection tube, quickly it, and store it in a -80℃ ultra-low temperature refrigerator. The stool sample is identified by 16S rDNA bacterial detection technology to analyze the structure difference of the intestinal flora before and after treatment.
