研究目的：

1. 主要目的：分析肠道NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者在血液、肠道组织、粪便等不同生物样本中的多组学特征，筛选利于早期筛查和预后监测的分子标志物，为疾病的早期诊断和风险评估提供科学依据。 2. 次要目的：进一步探索肠道淋巴瘤患者与正常人群在不同生物样本（如血液、肠道组织、粪便）中的组学差异，探讨这些差异背后的病理机制，并结合机器学习技术，建立针对肠道淋巴瘤的精准诊断及风险预测模型。 3. 探索性目的：初步分析肠道淋巴瘤患者的多组学特征与临床表现（如疾病分期、治疗反应等）之间的关联，以揭示疾病潜在的病理机制或新的生物标志物，为后续深入研究提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To analyze the multi-omics characteristics of intestinal NK/T-cell lymphoma patients in different biological samples such as blood, intestinal tissue, and feces, to screen for molecular markers beneficial for early screening and prognosis monitoring, and to provide scientific evidence for early diagnosis and risk assessment of the disease. 2. Secondary Objective: To further explore the omics differences between intestinal lymphoma patients and the normal population in various biological samples (e.g., blood, intestinal tissue, feces), to investigate the pathological mechanisms behind these differences, and to establish a precise diagnostic and risk prediction model for intestinal lymphoma by integrating machine learning techniques. 3. Exploratory Objective: To initially analyze the association between the multi-omics characteristics of intestinal lymphoma patients and clinical manifestations (e.g., disease stage, treatment response), in order to uncover potential pathological mechanisms or new biomarkers, providing clues for subsequent in-depth research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.于2020年5月至2025年5月期间，在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院门诊或住院期间接受肠镜检查或外科手术，并经病理确诊为肠道NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。肠道NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的诊断参照Dawson[1]等提出的诊断标准:(1)患者初诊时全身浅表淋巴结不肿大,或肿大但病理检查不能证实为恶性淋巴瘤;(2)白细胞计数和分类正常;(3)胸部影像学检查未见纵隔淋巴结肿大;(4)肝脾无肿大。结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的病理学诊断参照第5版WHO淋巴造血系统肿瘤分类标准[2]:(1)原发黏膜部位广泛溃疡形成和肿瘤细胞浸润,肿瘤细胞细胞核形态不规则,核分裂象多见,可见凋亡小体,细胞质较少或透明;(2)表达T细胞胞浆内抗原1(TIA-1)、颗粒酶B、穿孔素等细胞毒性标志物;(3)EB病毒编码的小mRNA(EBER)阳性;(4)表达NK细胞或T细胞表型,如CD56+、CD2+、sCD3+等;(5)发病部位为淋巴结外。
3.患者在诊疗过程中已留存有可用于研究的组织样本和/或血液样本，样本保存条件符合多组学检测要求；临床资料完整，包含基本人口学信息、诊断与治疗记录等，具备开展数据分析的基础；
4.在诊疗过程中已签署知情同意书，允许使用其既往样本及临床资料用于科学研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years;
2.Patients who underwent colonoscopy or surgery during outpatient or inpatient visits at Renji Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine between May 2020 and May 2025, and were pathologically diagnosed with intestinal NK/T-cell lymphoma. The diagnosis of intestinal NK/T-cell lymphoma is based on the criteria proposed by Dawson et al. [1]: (1) No enlargement of superficial lymph nodes at initial diagnosis, or enlargement but pathological examination does not confirm malignant lymphoma; (2) Normal white blood cell count and classification; (3) No mediastinal lymph node enlargement on chest imaging; (4) No enlargement of liver or spleen. The pathological diagnosis of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma is based on the 5th edition of the WHO classification of lymphoid and hematopoietic tumors [2]: (1) Extensive ulceration and tumor cell infiltration at the primary mucosal site, irregular nuclear morphology of tumor cells, frequent mitotic figures, presence of apoptotic bodies, and scant or clear cytoplasm; (2) Expression of cytotoxic markers such as TIA-1, granzyme B, and perforin; (3) Positive for EBER (Epstein-Barr virus-encoded small RNA); (4) Expression of NK or T-cell phenotypes, such as CD56+, CD2+, sCD3+; (5) Site of occurrence is outside lymph nodes;
3.Patients have preserved tissue and/or blood samples available for research, with storage conditions meeting the requirements for multi-omics testing; complete clinical data, including basic demographic information, diagnostic and treatment records, providing a foundation for data analysis;
4.Patients have signed informed consent forms during the treatment process, allowing the use of their past samples and clinical data for scientific research;

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁；
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤，影响本病特征分析的准确性；
3.临床资料或病理信息不完整，无法满足分析需要；
4.所留存的样本因质量或保存问题无法满足检测要求（如组织量不足、保存不当等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 18 years;
2.Coexisting other malignant tumors, affecting the accuracy of characteristic analysis of this disease;
3.Incomplete clinical or pathological information, unable to meet the analysis requirements;
4.The preserved samples cannot meet the testing requirements due to quality or storage issues (e.g., insufficient tissue quantity, improper storage, etc.);
