研究目的：

1.调查医护人员和永久性结肠造口患者关于结肠造口灌洗知-信-行现状，了解结肠造口灌洗的开展现状和知识培训需求； 2.探索结肠造口灌洗临床推广的促进与障碍因素； 3.构建适用于临床现状的结肠造口灌洗培训和技术推广方案； 4.促进结肠造口灌洗的证据传播，提升我国医务人员的结肠造口灌洗知识、技术水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the current knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding colostomy irrigation among healthcare professionals and patients with permanent colostomies, and identify the current status of irrigation implementation and related training needs. 2. Explore the facilitators and barriers influencing the clinical adoption of colostomy irrigation. 3. Develop a training and technical promotion program that aligns with current clinical practice. 4. Promote the dissemination of evidence on colostomy irrigation and enhance the knowledge and technical competence of healthcare professionals in China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

医护人员： 1.三级甲等肿瘤专科医院胃肠外科/结直肠外科/普外科注册在岗的医护人员； 2.工作1年以上； 3.获得知情同意并自愿参与本研究。 患者： 1.年龄≥18岁； 2.病理诊断为结直肠癌； 3.行腹会阴联合切除手术或永久性结肠造口术； 4.术后时间≧3个月； 5.具有良好的认知、行为和表达能力； 6.获得知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Healthcare professionals: 1. Registered and currently employed healthcare professionals in the gastrointestinal surgery/Colorectal Surgery/General Surgery department of a tertiary-grade A oncology hospital; 2. With more than one year of clinical work experience; 3. Who provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in the study. Patients: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. With a pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 3. Who undergo a laparohysterectomy with perineal anastomosis or a permanent colostomy; 4. Postoperative time >= 3 months; 5. With adequate cognitive, behavioral, and communication ability; 6. Who provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

医护人员: 1.调查期间休产假者; 2.调查期间在外学习、进修或因病、事假等原因不在岗>3个月者 患者: 1.存在永久性结肠造口灌洗禁忌症的患者（如活动性肠道疾病：炎症性肠病、活动性憩室病、肠易激综合征、克罗恩病及持续腹泻； 2.造口相关并发症：瘘管形成、造口疝、造口脱垂、造口狭窄； 3.其他：持续的放射治疗/化疗、严重的心血管功能不全）

Exclusion criteria：

Healthcare professionals: 1. Those who are on maternity leave during the survey period; 2. Those who are absent from their position for more than three months during the survey period due to external training, further study, illness, personal leave, or other reasons. Patients: 1. Patients with contraindications to permanent colostomy irrigation, including: 2. Active bowel diseases: inflammatory bowel disease, active diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, or persistent diarrhea. 3. Stoma-related complications: fistula formation, parastomal hernia, stoma prolapse, or stoma stenosis. 4. Other conditions: ongoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or severe cardiovascular insufficiency.
