研究目的：

主要目的：探讨基线及动态变化的心理应激水平是否为胰腺癌患者总生存期及无进展生存期的独立预测因素。 次要目的：描述胰腺癌患者全病程中焦虑、抑郁和睡眠障碍的动态变化轨迹；分析心理应激变化与生活质量、治疗耐受性及复发模式的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective To investigate whether baseline and dynamically changing psychological stress levels serve as independent prognostic factors for overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with pancreatic cancer. Secondary objectives To characterize the dynamic trajectories of anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances throughout the full disease course in patients with pancreatic cancer. To analyze the associations between dynamic changes in psychological stress and quality of life, treatment tolerance, and patterns of tumor recurrence.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 18周岁。 2.经组织学或细胞学确诊为胰腺癌。或其他胰腺疾病患者。 3.意识清楚，具备基本的读写或沟通能力，能够理解并完成量表评估（或在研究人员协助下完成；或者有家属能帮忙完成量表评估）。 4.自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years. 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, or other pancreatic diseases. 3. Conscious, with basic reading/writing or communication skills, able to understand and complete the questionnaire assessments (either independently, with assistance from research staff, or with help from a family member). 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知障碍（如痴呆、意识障碍）或明确的精神疾病史，经研究者判断无法配合完成研究评估。且在此种情况下无家属能帮忙完成量表评估。 2.合并其他严重未控制的躯体疾病（如严重心、肺、肾功能衰竭），经研究者判断预期生存期 < 3 个月。 3.无法理解中文或存在严重视力、听力障碍，影响量表评估。且在此种情况下无家属能帮忙完成量表评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia, disturbance of consciousness) or a definite history of psychiatric disorders, judged by the investigator as unable to comply with the study assessments, and without a family member who can help complete the questionnaire assessments. 2. Presence of other severe, uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., severe heart, lung, or kidney failure), with an estimated life expectancy < 3 months as judged by the investigator. 3. Inability to understand Chinese or presence of severe visual/hearing impairment that affects completion of the questionnaire assessments, and without a family member who can help complete the questionnaire assessments.
