研究目的：

描述海南省老年糖尿病患者用药依从性现状，识别依从性影响因素，构建影响路径模型，提出改善用药依从性的干预策略与政策建议。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the current status of medication adherence among elderly diabetic patients in Hainan Province, identify its influencing factors, construct a path model of impact, and propose intervention strategies and policy recommendations to improve medication adherence.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁; 2.确诊为2型糖尿病

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 60 years; 2.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神障碍无法正常沟通; 2.患急性感染性疾病以及拒绝参与调查

Exclusion criteria：

1.With severe mental disorders and unable to communicate normally; 2.Suffering from acute infectious diseases; or refusing to participate in the survey.
