研究目的：

本课题基于PERMA模式，通过调查研究、文献研究、小组会议和专家会议等环节构建应用于养老机构老年共病患者失志综合征的积极心理干预方案，验证并评价该方案的干预效果及优势，为该方案在养老机构老年共病患者失志综合征中的运用提供科学依据，促进其推广和应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on the PERMA model and, through surveys, literature studies, group meetings, and expert meetings, constructs a positive psychological intervention program applied to older adults with loss of will syndrome in nursing institutions who have comorbidities. It verifies and evaluates the intervention's effects and advantages, providing a scientific basis for the application of this program in older adults with loss of will syndrome in nursing institutions, and promoting its dissemination and application.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥60岁，且经诊断具有符合国际疾病系统分类法（ICD-11）[72]慢性疾病≥2种的老年慢性病患者；并持续一年及以上。 2. 入住养老机构≥3个月； 3. 意识清楚，有一定的沟通能力，能配合完成所有的评估； 4. 充分告知本项目相关情况后，自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elderly patients aged 60 years or older who have been diagnosed with two or more chronic diseases in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) [72], and have had these conditions for one year or more. 2. Residing in a nursing institution for three months or more; 3. Clear consciousness, with a certain level of communication ability, able to cooperate in completing all assessments; 4. Fully informed about the relevant details of this project and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 在调查前30天内服用任何影响认知功能的药物（包括精神类药物等其他药物）者； 2. 在一年内参加其他类似研究的患者； 3. 患有严重躯体疾病或精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who have taken any medication affecting cognitive function (including psychiatric drugs and other medications) within 30 days prior to the survey; 2. Patients who have participated in other similar studies within one year; 3. Individuals with severe physical illnesses or mental disorders.

选取2家管理模式、经济条件、生活环境相似的养老机构，并用抽签法将其分成对照组养老机构和试验组养老机构，从中抽取符合纳排标准的老年人各44例分别作为对照组和试验组的研究对象，在2所养老机构分别实施干预，避免沾染。

Two pension institutions with similar management mode, economic conditions and living environment were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by lottery method. 44 elderly people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research objects of the control group and the experimental group, respectively. Intervention was implemented in the two pension institutions to avoid contamination.
