研究目的：

在ICU患者中，采用目标模拟试验框架和G公式，比较血清白蛋白输注阈值30g/L与35g/L两种动态策略对ICU患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In ICU patients, the target trial emulation framework and G-formula were used to compare the impact of two dynamic strategies of serum albumin infusion thresholds of 30 g/L and 35 g/L on the prognosis of ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.2022年1月1日至2025年12月31日期间入住ICU； 3.ICU住院期间至少有一次血清白蛋白检测值低于35g/L（以确定符合研究干预的潜在资格）； 4.在首次检测到白蛋白低于35g/L时，尚未接受白蛋白输注。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Hospitalized in the ICU from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025; 3.During the stay in the ICU, there was at least one instance where the serum albumin test value was lower than 35g/L (to determine the potential eligibility for the study intervention); 4.When the albumin level was first detected to be below 35g/L, albumin infusion had not yet been administered.

排除标准：

1.入住ICU时间不足24小时；
2.在ICU住院期间缺失关键变量（如每日白蛋白、SOFA评分）记录；
3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
4.终末期疾病预期生存时间<24小时；
5.既往有白蛋白过敏史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient was admitted to the ICU for less than 24 hours.
2.During the hospitalization in the ICU, key variables (such as daily albumin levels and SOFA score) were not recorded.
3.Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding;
4.Expected survival time for end-stage disease is less than 24 hours;
5.Has a history of allergy to albumin before.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Management and Data Preservation 1 Case Report Form (CSV) This study utilized an electronic database to collect data, and the data extraction form was in CSV format. All data were exported and organized by the researchers from the hospital information system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. After data entry, logical verification and abnormal value checks will be conducted. 2 Preservation of Data All research data (including raw data, analysis codes, and results) will be preserved for at least 10 years after the study concludes. They will be stored on the designated secure server of the hospital, accessible only to the researchers. The data will comply with the hospital's information security and confidentiality regulations.
