研究目的：

本研究的目的是建立一个基于IMetNet架构下深度学习的CT影像组学特征模型来评估非早期（进展期和晚期）胃癌患者对免疫治疗的反应性预测。并且评估此模型对非早期者胃癌患者无进展生存率（PFS）预测的相关性。本研究有望利用患者免疫治疗前的CT图像为非早期胃癌患者在实际诊疗过程中对免疫检查点抑制剂使用获益情况进行精准预测，并进一步探索预测模型对患者的无进展生存率（PFS）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to establish a deep learning CT imaging feature model based on IMetNet architecture to evaluate the prediction of responsiveness to immunotherapy in patients with non-early (advanced and advanced) gastric cancer. And to evaluate the relevance of this model to the prediction of progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with non-early-stage gastric cancer. This study is expected to use CT images of patients before immunotherapy to accurately predict the benefit of immune checkpoint inhibitor use in patients with non-early-stage gastric cancer during actual diagnosis and treatment, and further explore the impact of predictive models on progression-free survival (PFS) in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18周岁<=年龄<=80周岁； 2. 进展期或晚期胃癌患者在手术治疗前的一线治疗中接受过2周期或以上的化疗（方案不做要求）联合免疫检查点抑制剂（PD-1抑制剂或PD-L1抑制剂）治疗； 3. 病理结果确认为胃癌； 4. 存有完整的免疫治疗前30天内腹部增强CT影像学数据； 5. 临床病理资料完整，且术后按照8版AJCC病理分期为II-III期； 6. 没有其他恶性肿瘤疾病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 years ≤ age ≤ 80 years 2.Patients with advanced or advanced gastric cancer who have received 2 or more cycles of chemotherapy (regimen is not required) combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors (PD-1 inhibitors or PDL1 inhibitors) in the first-line treatment before surgery; 3. Pathological results confirmed gastric cancer; 4.Complete abdominal enhancement CT imaging data within 30 days before immunotherapy; 5.Complete clinicopathological data, and postoperative pathological stage according to version 8 AJCC was stage II-III; 6.No history of other malignant tumors;

排除标准：

1. CT上无法发现原发病灶； 2. 患者合并有其他部位的原发肿瘤； 3. 患者临床资料不全丢失； 4. CT图像质量不合格。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The primary lesion could not be found on CT; 2.The patient had primary tumors in other parts; 3.The patient's clinical data were incomplete; 4.The quality of CT images was unsatisfactory.
