研究目的：

探索局部小切口缝合法治疗外阴及肛周区域炎症性皮肤病的治愈率及复发率  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the cure rate and recurrence rate of local mini-incision suture in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases in the vulvar and perianal regions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 受试者自愿配合该研究并签署知情同意书； 2. 女性，18岁 <= 年龄 <= 70岁； 3. 符合硬化性苔蘇、慢性单纯性苔蘇或特应性皮炎的诊断标准； 4. 所有系统性和局部治疗均在试验开始前10周停止

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants voluntarily consented to the study and signed an informed consent for; 2. Female, aged 18 <= age <= 70 years. 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria for sclerosing caress, chronic simple caress or atopic dermatitis. 4. All systemic and topical treatments were discontinued 10 weeks prior to trial initiation.

排除标准：

1. 患有念珠菌感染、细菌性阴道病、淋病、非淋菌性尿道炎等感染性疾病； 2. 患有糖尿病、慢性肝病、慢性肾病、自身免疫疾病等； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期； 4. 因其他疾病使用免疫抑制剂或免疫调节药物的患者； 5. 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者； 6. 无法定期复诊、未签署知情同意书或存在精神疾病者，如焦虑症、强迫症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with infectious diseases such as candidal infection, bacterial vaginosis, gonorrhea, or non-gonococcal urethritis; 2. Those with diabetes, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, or autoimmune diseases; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Patients using immunosuppressants or immunomodulatory drugs for other conditions; 5. Individuals deemed unsuitable for the trial by the investigator; 6. Those unable to attend regular follow-ups, who have not signed the informed consent form, or who have mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders or obsessive-compulsive disorder.
