研究目的：

建立剖宫产蛛网膜下腔麻醉感觉阻滞平面预测模型，探索剖宫产蛛网膜下腔麻醉中等比重罗哌卡因剂量算法模型的构建与验证。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a prediction model for the level of sensory block in cesarean section under subarachnoid anesthesia, and to explore the construction and verification of an algorithm model for the dose of medium-specific gravity ropivacaine in cesarean section under subarachnoid anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期剖宫产术的患者，年龄 20-40 岁，单胎妊娠超过 36 周。

Inclusion criteria

Patients, aged 20-40 years, with a singleton pregnancy of more than 36 weeks, scheduled for elective cesarean section.

排除标准：

(1)存在椎管内麻醉禁忌症 (2)蛛网膜下腔麻醉失败或术中更改麻醉方式 (3)子痫前期、子痫、双胎妊娠和蛛网膜下腔麻醉失败。 (4)术前无沟通能力（昏迷、严重痴呆或语言障碍）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There were contraindications to spinal anesthesia (2) Failure of subarachnoid anesthesia or change of anesthesia method during operation (3) preeclampsia, eclampsia, twin pregnancy, and failure of subarachnoid anesthesia. (4) Inability to communicate before surgery (coma, severe dementia or language impairment)
