研究目的：

本项目拟应用新颖、快速且稳健的基于自旋锁定的大分子质子分数成像（MPF-SL）技术，前瞻性采集慢性肝病患者的肝脏磁共振数据，进行特异性胶原蛋白定量分析及多参数对比，明确 Rmpfsl 及 MPF 参数在排除炎症及脂肪干扰下与肝纤维化病理分级的相关性，从而探索肝纤维化精准诊断及分期的无创生物标志物，并验证该技术在复杂临床扫描条件下的鲁棒性，对实现慢性肝病患者肝纤维化的早期发现、精准定量评估及预后监测具有重要临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to apply the novel, rapid, and robust macromolecular proton fraction imaging based on spin-locking (MPF-SL) technology to prospectively acquire liver MRI data from patients with chronic liver disease, conduct specific collagen quantification and multiparametric comparison, clarify the correlation of Rmpfsl and MPF parameters with liver fibrosis pathological grading under exclusion of inflammation and fat interference, thereby exploring non-invasive biomarkers for precise diagnosis and staging of liver fibrosis, and verify the robustness of this technology under complex clinical scanning conditions. This has important clinical significance for early detection, precise quantitative assessment, and prognostic monitoring of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic liver disease.

纳入标准：

患者入选标准： 1、18 岁<年龄<75 岁； 2、经临床确诊的非酒精性脂肪肝病患者； 3、有近一个月内临床就诊的常规临床检查结果； 4、无 MR 扫描禁忌症。 健康志愿者入选标准： 1、18 岁<年龄<75 岁； 2、无肝损伤病史； 3、有近一个月内健康体检肝功能相关指标检查结果； 4、无 MR 扫描禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

Patient Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; 3. Has routine clinical examination results from the past month; 4. No contraindications for MR scanning. Healthy Volunteer Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 2. No history of liver injury; 3. Has liver function-related examination results from a health check-up within the past month; 4. No contraindications for MR scanning.

排除标准：

患者排除标准： 1、孕妇、或者存在认知障碍没有能力做出知情同意的成人； 2、有明显出血倾向，或严重血小板减少、凝血功能障碍； 3、图像质量差，影响观察或判读。 健康志愿者排除标准： 1、孕妇、或者存在认知障碍没有能力做出知情同意的成人； 2、图像质量差，影响观察或判读。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient Exclusion Criteria: 1. Pregnant women, or adults with cognitive impairment who cannot provide informed consent; 2. Significant bleeding tendency, or severe thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy; 3. Poor image quality that affects observation or interpretation. Healthy Exclusion Criteria: 1.
