研究目的：

旨在评价基于多理论模型的盆底康复训练对女性SUI患者的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the application efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation training based on multi-theoretical models in female patients with stress urinary incontinence

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.女性，年龄为18-70岁； 2.符合2022版《中华泌尿外科和男科疾病诊断治疗指南》中轻中度SUI的诊断标准； 3.精神、认知等功能正常，沟通顺畅者； 4.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female, aged 18-70 years; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate SUI as outlined in the 2022 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological and Andrological Diseases; 3. Normal mental and cognitive functions with unimpeded communication; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.处于妊娠期的患者； 2.合并严重的心肝肾等重要器官疾病者； 3.过去2周内伴有生殖或泌尿系统感染者； 4.既往有髋关节、膝关节置换手术史等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients in pregnancy; 2. Those with severe diseases of vital organs such as heart, liver, or kidneys; 3. Individuals with reproductive or urinary tract infections within the past 2 weeks; 4. Patients with a history of hip or knee joint replacement surgery.
