研究目的：

1.验证基于可穿戴设备和智能平台的自适应运动干预方案在肌少症老年人中的有效性和可行性； 2.为后续方案完善提供修订依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the adaptive exercise intervention program based on wearable devices and intelligent platforms in elderly individuals with sarcopenia; 2. Provide revision basis for the subsequent improvement of the program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60 岁； 2.居住在社区； 3.符合肌少症诊断标准：低握力（男性＜28kg，女性＜18kg）和低肌肉质量(四肢骨骼肌指数男性＜7，女性＜5.7)； 4.自愿参与并签署知情同意书； 5.能熟练使用智能手机。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Residing in the community; 3. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia: low grip strength (male < 28kg, female < 18kg) and low muscle mass (forelimb and hindlimb skeletal muscle index: male < 7, female < 5.7); 4. Voluntarily participating and signing the informed consent form; 5. Proficient in using smart phones.

排除标准：

1.无法进行体成分测量者； 2.严重心脑血管疾病、关节疾病或其他禁忌运动的疾病； 3.严重精神、认知障碍无法配合调查者； 4.近期（1 个月内）参与其他运动干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unable to undergo body composition measurement; 2. Those with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, joint disorders, or other diseases that prohibit physical exercise; 3. Those with severe mental or cognitive impairments who cannot cooperate with the investigation; 4. Those who have participated in other exercise intervention studies in the recent period (within 1 month).
