研究目的：

评估麻醉科护士为主导的多学科护理干预在 ERAS 中的应用效果，明确其对患者术后康复进程及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the application effect of the anesthesiology nurse-led multidisciplinary nursing intervention in ERAS, and clarify its impact on patients' postoperative rehabilitation process and quality of life.

纳入标准：

年龄 18-70 岁；择期手术患者；术前 ASA 评分 I-III级。

Inclusion criteria

18-70 years of age; patients undergoing elective surgery; preoperative ASA grade I-III.

排除标准：

认知功能障碍；术前镇痛药物滥用者及严重合并症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Cognitive impairment; Preoperative analgesic drug abusers; Patients with severe comorbidities.
