研究目的：

本研究计划基于我院LDCT肺癌筛查队列，进行回顾性研究，探索胸部淋巴结肿大的演进规律及病因分布，同时开发胸部淋巴结肿大影像诊断新技术，建立胸部淋巴结肿大的恶性风险分层，根据分层情况探索胸部淋巴结肿大的处理华西方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This research project plans to conduct a retrospective study based on the LDCT lung cancer screening cohort at our institute. The study aims to explore the evolutionary patterns and etiological distribution of thoracic lymphadenopathy. Additionally, it seeks to develop innovative imaging diagnostic techniques for thoracic lymphadenopathy, establish a malignancy risk stratification framework, and, based on this stratification, investigate the West China Protocol for the management of mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

纳入标准：

1. 2010.01至2025.12与四川大学华西医院LDCT肺癌筛查患者； 2. >=18； 3. 连续5年随访CT。

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants receiving LDCT for lung cancer screening from Jan 2010 to Dec 2025 at West China Hospital, Sichuan University; 2. >=18 years old; 3. Consecutive five-year follow-up with CT.

排除标准：

1. 无法配合完成检查； 2. 基线或随访资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to cooperate in completing the examination; 2. Lack of baseline or follow-up data.
