研究目的：

主要目的：探究第二代注油涂层鼻腔支架的填塞有效率是否优效于第一代裸金属支架 次要目的：探究鼻中隔成形术患者术后使用注油涂层支架对比裸金属支架填塞期舒适度、术后鼻腔黏膜反应等指标的差异  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To explore whether the packing efficiency of the second-generation oil-coated nasal stent is superior to that of the first-generation bare-metal stent. Secondary objective: To investigate the differences in comfort during the packing period and postoperative nasal mucosa reactions between patients undergoing nasal septoplasty who use oil-coated stents and those using bare-metal stents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18 ～65 周岁； 2. 以鼻塞为主诉，鼻窦 CT 提示鼻中隔偏曲，有手术指征行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术 3. 未采用其他治疗手段；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 to 65 years old; 2. The chief complaint is nasal congestion, and the sinus CT shows a deviated nasal septum. There are indications for surgery to correct the deviated nasal septum 3. No other treatment methods were employed;

排除标准：

1. 既往鼻部手术以及计划行鼻窦手术的患者；
2. 已经或准备怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
3. 合并严重全身疾病或慢性病，如凝血障碍、免疫功能障碍、肿瘤、慢性心衰、严重抑郁或其他精神障碍的患者；
4. 研究或管理人员亲属；
5. 家庭中已有人员进入本研究；
6. 近2周患有急性期疾病如上呼吸道感染、发热等；
7. 无论任何原因不能或不愿配合治疗方案及鼻部检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have previously undergone nasal surgery and those who are scheduled to undergo sinus surgery;
2. Women who are already pregnant, or are preparing to become pregnant or are in the lactation period;
3. Patients with severe systemic diseases or chronic conditions, such as coagulation disorders, immune dysfunction, tumors, chronic heart failure, severe depression or other mental disorders, should be combined.
4. Relatives of researchers or managers;
5. Some members of the family have already participated in this study;
6. In the past two weeks, had acute diseases such as upper respiratory tract infection or fever;
7. Those who are unable or unwilling to cooperate with the treatment plan and the nasal examination for any reason.
