根据现有的研究,机器人辅助TKA在股骨侧放置参考架时可选择切口外和切口内两种位置,两种位置均为国际上广泛认可的机器人辅助TKA股骨侧参考架放置位置,且没有足够证据表明哪种放置位置对患者更有益。其中切口外放置点位于股骨干远端内侧,在此处放置参考架的优势在于不阻挡手术术野、手术时间更短,但更容易损伤骨皮质。而切口内放置点位于股骨干骺端,在此处放置参考架的优势在于不破坏股骨前皮质,但手术切口普遍更大,且术中容易阻挡术者操作,手术时间长。两种放置方式各有利弊且均有相关的临床研究,但我们在临床实践中发现,偶有发生参考架钉道相关骨折病例,为此我们拟回顾性分析,两种股骨参考架安装方式对钉道骨折的风险的影响,并进一步通过有限元分析进行证明。 |

Objectives of Study: |
According to existing studies, the femoral reference frame in robot-assisted TKA can be placed either extra-articularly or intra-articularly. Both positions are internationally recognized for femoral reference frame placement in robot-assisted TKA, and there is insufficient evidence to determine which placement is more beneficial for patients. The extra-articular placement point is located on the medial distal femoral shaft. The advantage of this placement is that it does not obstruct the surgical field and results in shorter operative time, but it is more likely to damage the femoral cortex. The intra-articular placement point is located on the metaphysis of the distal femur. The advantage of this placement is that it does not damage the anterior femoral cortex, but it generally requires a larger surgical incision, may interfere with the surgeon’s manipulation, and prolongs operative time. Both placement methods have pros and cons, and relevant clinical studies exist for each. However, in our clinical practice, we have observed occasional cases of pin?tract fractures. Therefore, we plan to retrospectively analyze the impact of the two femoral reference frame placement methods on the risk of pin?tract fractures and further validate the findings through finite element analysis. |

Inclusion criteria |
1. under 80 years old; 2. had knee osteoarthritis; 3. were scheduled to undergo unilateral robotic-assisted TKA, and; 4. were willing to sign the consent form. |

排除标准: |
1. 外翻膝; 2. 屈曲挛缩 > 15°; 3. 内翻畸形 > 15°; 4. 无法从术后X线清晰辨认股骨钉道位置 |

|
Exclusion criteria: |
1. valgus knee; 2. flexion deformity > 15°; 3. varus deformity > 15°; 4. fail to clearly identify the position of the femoral nail channels on the postoperative X-ray |
