研究目的：

通过对糖尿病患者玻璃体、房水、血液、尿液等生物标本进行实验研究，探索糖尿病视网膜病变病理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the pathological mechanism of diabetic retinopathy through experimental study of biological specimens such as vitreous, aqueous humor, blood, and urine in diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁，小于等于79岁，糖尿病患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with Diabetes Mellitus aged over 18-79 years

排除标准：

1. 眼外伤和眼科手术史； 2. 黄斑变性、黄斑前膜、牵拉综合征和其他眼底疾病； 3. 怀孕； 4. 全身疾病（神经疾病、肿瘤、感染、严重肝、心、肾功能不全，恶性肿瘤史；血液学史；自身免疫疾病史；慢性腹泻史病史；慢性肾病）； 5. 导致无法配合检查的神经精神疾病； 6. 体格检查及实验室等信息不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of ocular trauma or ophthalmic surgery; 2. Macular degeneration, anterior macular membrane, traction syndrome, and other fundus diseases; 3. Pregnancy; 4. Systemic diseases (neurological disorders, tumors, infections, severe hepatic, cardiac, or renal insufficiency, history of malignant tumors;hematologic history;autoimmune disease history;chronic diarrhea history;chronic kidney disease); 5. Neurological or psychiatric disorders that may impair cooperation with examinations; 6. Incomplete physical examination or laboratory data.
