Objectives of Study：

Primary objectives: 1. To evaluate the long-term safety of LA-rhGH or rhGH treatment in children; 2. To investigate the key factors influencing children's growth and development; Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate the efficacy of LA-rhGH or rhGH treatment in children in achieving lifelong height; 2. To explore the risk factors affecting the long-term safety of LA-rhGH or rhGH treatment in children; 3. To explore the key factors influencing the efficacy of LA-rhGH or rhGH;

纳入标准：

1.GH治疗组：签知情同意前已接受LA-rhGH或rhGH治疗的儿童；
2.非GH治疗组：未接受LA-rhGH或rhGH治疗的儿童；LA-rhGH或rhGH治疗持续时间不足3个月；

Inclusion criteria

1.GH-treated group: children who had received LA-rhGH or rhGH treatment before signing informed consent;
2.GH-non-treated group: children who had not received LA-rhGH or rhGH treatment; LA-rhGH or rhGH treatment duration was less than 3 months;

排除标准：

1.任何研究者认为不适合入选研究的其他情况；

本研究统一采用左手腕X线片进行骨龄测定，影像以DICOM格式采集并长期保存。骨龄判读遵循国际通用方法，优先使用Greulich-Pyle（GP）法，必要时参考Tanner-Whitehouse（TW3）法，以保证不同中心结果的一致性和可比性。所有影像资料均进行标准化编码与存档，保存期不少于15年
