研究PSA灰区前列腺癌患者Gleason评分与PI-RADS评分、PSA相关指标及患者年龄之间的相关性，并探讨其在前列腺癌诊断和评估的临床决策中的潜在意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between Gleason score and PI-RADS score, PSA-related indicators, and patient age in men with prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in the gray zone, and to explore its potential significance in clinical decision-making for prostate cancer diagnosis and evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 血清PSA水平处于灰区（4-10 ng/mL） 2. 所有患者均为首次穿刺活体组织检查 3. 所有患者在我院行经超声引导下的系统性穿刺，有完整的病理结果 4. 所有患者在穿刺前均于本院行多参数MRI检查及PSA相关检查（tPSA、fPSA、fPSA/tPSA）

Inclusion criteria

1. The serum PSA level was in the gray zone (4-10 ng/mL) 2. All patients were biopsied for the first time 3. All patients underwent systematic ultrasound guided puncture in our hospital and had complete pathological results 4. All patients underwent multi-parameter MRI and PSA related tests (tPSA, fPSA, fPSA/tPSA) at our hospital before the puncture

排除标准：

1. 既往接受过前列腺癌相关治疗（如手术、放疗或内分泌治疗） 2. 合并其他恶性肿瘤或严重全身性疾病 3. 临床数据缺失或影像学质量不符合PI-RADS评估要求

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had previously received prostate cancer-related treatment (e.g., surgery, radiotherapy or endocrine therapy) 2. Merge with other malignancies or severe systemic diseases 3. Clinical data is missing or the quality of imaging does not meet the PI-RADS assessment requirements

所有患者均接受3.0T MRI检查，PI-RADS评分由两名诊断经验丰富的放射科医生在双盲环境下独立完成（采用PI-RADS v2.1标准）。当患者存在多个病灶，则本研究中就选取PI-RADS评分最高的病灶作为统计分析对象；在多个病灶评分相同的情况下，则优先选择体积最大的病灶进行分析；当两名放射科医生评分结论出现分歧时，将与第三位高年资放射科医生共同讨论，以达成最后共识。

The PI-RADS scores were independently assigned by two radiologists with diagnostic expertise in a double-blind environment (using the PI-RADS v2.1 standard). 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据病例回顾，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地计入病理报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

According to the case review, the researchers included the data in the pathology report form timely, completely, correctly and clearly, and entered the data in the corresponding database system by two-person and double machine, and then the data were compared twice.
