针对我国儿童急性下呼吸道感染病原学监测及重症肺炎预警体系尚不完善,且8岁以上肺炎支原体肺炎患儿精准治疗存在困境的现状,本研究旨在构建儿童急性下呼吸道感染病原学动态监测系统、开发儿童重症肺炎智能预警体系,并开展8岁以上肺炎支原体肺炎患儿多西环素治疗的临床研究,旨在为提升儿童急性下呼吸道感染的精准防控、早期预警及优化治疗提供系统性解决方案与高级别循证依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Given the current situation in China where the pathogen monitoring for acute lower respiratory tract infections in children is not yet complete, and there are difficulties in providing precise treatment for children with severe pneumococcal pneumonia, this study aims to establish a dynamic monitoring system for the pathogens of acute lower respiratory tract infections in children, develop an intelligent early warning system for severe pneumonia in children, and conduct a clinical research on doxycycline treatment for children with pneumococcal pneumonia over 8 years old. The goal is to provide systematic solutions and high-level evidence-based support for improving the precise prevention and control, early warning, and optimized treatment of acute lower respiratory tract infections in children. |

1.根据《儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊疗指南(2025年版)》及《儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊治的专家释疑》诊断为肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿; 2.年龄>=8岁; 3.病程<=5天 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia according to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children (2025 Edition)" and the "Expert Clarification on Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children"; 2. Age >= 8 years old; 3. Duration of illness <= 5 days |

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method): |
Using block randomization with a block size of 4, patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two treatment groups in a 1:1 ratio. The randomization process was uniformly generated by the Clinical Epidemiology and Evidence-Based Medicine Center of Beijing Children's Hospital and involved a random code list. The random allocation was carried out using a simple envelope allocation method, and a specific treatment plan was assigned to each subject. |
