研究目的:

1.本研究以用户画像和双边匹配理论为指导,采用解释结构模型构建规培护士和规培导师的双边画像,再基于画像构建规培护士和规培导师的双边匹配模型。 2.将构建完成的规培护士和规培导师的双边匹配模型进行应用于医院现实场景,探究其有效性,以期为现实的医学教育中的匹配问题提供指导。  

Objectives of Study:

1.Guided by user personas and the two-sided matching theory, this study employs the interpretative structural modeling approach to construct the two-sided personas of standardized training nurses and standardized training mentors. Subsequently, a two-sided matching model is developed based on these personas.2.Apply the constructed bilateral matching model between standardized training nurses and standardized training mentors to real-world hospital scenarios, explore its effectiveness, and provide guidance for matching issues in real-world medical education.

纳入标准:

1. 规培护士: (1) 两届新入职且刚毕业的应届护士; (2) 需参加医院护理部组织的新护士规范化培训; (3) 已通过执业资格考试,所有对象自愿参加本次研究。 2. 规培导师: (1) 由科室推荐、护理部认定的拥有丰富工作经验与较强责任心及扎实理论技能基础; (2) 学历本科以上且职称为主管护师及以上的护理骨干规培导师。

Inclusion criteria

1. Trained nurses: (1) Newly hired and recently graduated nurses from two classes; (2) Need to participate in the standardized training for new nurses organized by the hospital nursing department; (3) Having passed the professional qualification examination, all participants voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Training supervisor: (1) Recommended by the department and recognized by the nursing department, with rich work experience, strong sense of responsibility, and solid theoretical skills foundation; (2) A nursing backbone training supervisor with a bachelor's degree or above and a professional title of supervisor nurse or above.

排除标准:

1. 规培护士: (1) 2年内辞职,病假超过1个月; (2) 因其他原因未完成规范化培训的护士; (3) 由于各种原因导致资料不全面,无法确定结果者。 2. 规培导师: (1) 2年内辞职,病假超过1个月; (2) 因其他原因未完成规范化培训期间规培护士的带教; (3) 由于各种原因导致资料不全面,无法确定结果者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Trained nurses: (1) Resignation within 2 years and sick leave exceeding 1 month; (2) Nurses who have not completed standardized training due to other reasons; (3) Due to various reasons, the information is incomplete and the results cannot be determined. 2. Training supervisor: (1) Resignation within 2 years and sick leave exceeding 1 month; (2) Due to other reasons, the training of standardized nurses during the training period was not completed; (3) Due to various reasons, the information is incomplete and the results cannot be determined.
