研究目的：

1.探讨与孕产妇发生围产期肺栓塞相关的独立危险因素。 2.构建一个用于预测孕产妇个体发生围产期肺栓塞风险的列线图模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate independent risk factors associated with peripartum pulmonary embolism in pregnant and postpartum women. 2.To develop a nomogram model for predicting the individual risk of peripartum pulmonary embolism in pregnant and postpartum women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；处于围产期（妊娠28周至产后1周）的女性

Inclusion criteria

Age >= 18 years; female in the peripartum period (from 28 weeks of gestation to 1 week postpartum)

排除标准：

既往血栓疾病病史；具有精神疾病；合并慢性肾脏病、急性肾损伤、急慢性肝病等影响凝血功能的非产科疾病；确诊为肺栓塞但发生在围产期之外

Exclusion criteria：

History of thrombotic disorders; presence of psychiatric disorders; concomitant non?obstetric conditions affecting coagulation function such as chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, or acute/chronic liver disease; and a confirmed diagnosis of pulmonary embolism occurring outside the peripartum period.
