研究目的：

1.基于增强CT，使用Node-RADS评分对胰腺癌区域淋巴结转移状态进行术前预测，以手术记录及病理结果作为金标准，评价其诊断性能，从而为胰腺癌的N分期提供一个术前可用、非侵袭性的影像学标准，助力临床制定更为精准的综合治疗策略。2.基于增强CT，探索Node-RADS评分在胰腺癌患者预后评估中的应用价值，结合其无复发生存期（RFS）及总体生存期（OS）进行随访分析，评估其在预测胰腺癌患者预后方面的有效性，为临床个体化治疗及风险分层提供影像依据。3.基于增强CT及Node-RADS评分，对接受非手术治疗的胰腺癌患者进行评估，结合无进展生存期（PFS）及总体生存期（OS）等临床结局指标，探讨其在非手术治疗患者预后预测中的应用价值，作为影像学标志物辅助疗效判断及治疗策略调整。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Based on contrast-enhanced CT, utilize the Node-RADS score for preoperative prediction of regional lymph node metastasis status in pancreatic cancer. Using surgical records and pathological results as the gold standard, evaluate its diagnostic performance. This aims to provide a preoperative, non-invasive imaging standard for N-staging of pancreatic cancer, thereby aiding in the formulation of more precise comprehensive treatment strategies in clinical practice. 2.Based on contrast-enhanced CT, explore the application value of the Node-RADS score in prognostic assessment for pancreatic cancer patients. Through follow-up analysis combined with recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS), assess its effectiveness in predicting patient prognosis, providing an imaging basis for individualized clinical treatment and risk stratification. 3.Based on contrast-enhanced CT and the Node-RADS score, evaluate pancreatic cancer patients receiving non-surgical treatment. Combined with clinical outcome indicators such as progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), investigate its application value in prognostic prediction for non-surgically treated patients, serving as an imaging biomarker to assist in efficacy evaluation and treatment strategy adjustment.

纳入标准：

患者由术后病理诊断为胰腺癌；接受胰腺癌根治性手术，并有完整的手术记录；具有完整的术前增强CT检查的资料。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by postoperative pathology. 2.Patients who have undergone radical surgery for pancreatic cancer with complete surgical records. 3.Availability of complete preoperative contrast-enhanced CT examination data.

排除标准：

有远处转移证据；术前CT检查与手术时间间隔超过1个月；由于图像伪影严重无法进行评价；患者生存数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of distant metastasis. 2.An interval exceeding one month between the preoperative CT examination and the surgery. 3.Severe image artifacts that preclude reliable evaluation. 4.Missing patient survival data.
