探索Stanford A型主动脉夹层的相关危险因素，为Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者的干预研究提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the related risk factors of Stanford type A aortic dissection to provide insights for intervention studies in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁；
2.Stanford A型主动脉夹层或壁内血肿累及主动脉根/升主动脉行孙氏手术治疗；
3.受试者或其监护人（或授权人）充分理解本项目的研究流程，同意参加并签署书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.At least 18 years old;
2.Stanford type A aortic dissection or intramural hematoma involving the aortic root/ascending aorta and treated with Sun's procedure;
3.Subjects or their guardians (or authorized persons) fully understand the research process, agree to participate and sign a written informed consent;
