年龄≥18岁、目前在深圳市居住、自愿参与并签署知情同意书的居民。

Inclusion criteria

Residents aged 18 or older currently residing in Shenzhen who have voluntarily participated and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

无法理解问卷内容、拒绝签署知情同意书、或问卷填写不完整（关键信息缺失）的参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants who were unable to comprehend the content of the questionnaire, refused to sign the informed consent form, or completed the questionnaire incompletely (missing critical information).

对本研究所有数据均通过自填式在线问卷收集。采用本研究团队基于KAP理论自行设计的《一般人群对幽门螺杆菌(感染)的知识、态度与实践（KAP）问卷》。每位参与者完成问卷预计耗时8-12分钟。 数据质量评估：在正式分析前，将对问卷进行信度与效度评估。信度评估采用Cronbach‘s α系数检验各维度的内部一致性；效度评估将采用探索性与验证性因子分析检验问卷的结构效度。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data for this study were collected through self-completed online questionnaires. The survey was based on the KAP theory and was designed in-house by our research team. The General Population’s Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) Questionnaire regarding Helicobacter pylori (infection) was used. It is estimated that each participant would spend 8–12 minutes completing the questionnaire.
