Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of the "handheld endomicroscope system" in assisting the resection of epileptogenic foci for postoperative epilepsy control

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 6周岁≤年龄≤65周岁；
2. 经临床诊断为难治性癫痫研究参与者（2010国际抗癫痫联盟将难治性癫痫定义为：根据癫痫发作类型，合理选择并正确使用至少2种耐受性好的抗癫痫发作药物（ASMs）单药或联合使用后，研究参与者无发作持续时间未达到治疗前最长发作间隔的3倍或者1年）；
3. 经影像和（或）SEEG确认待切除致癫痫灶位于非功能区（包括运动和语言区）；
4. 计划接受癫痫病灶切除手术愿意配合并完成研究随访及相关检查；
5. 自愿参加本试验并书面签署知情同意书（未成年研究参与者由监护人代为签署）；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 6 years old to 65 years old;
2. Participants in the study who were clinically diagnosed with refractory epilepsy (the International League Against Epilepsy defined refractory epilepsy in 2010 as: after the rational selection and correct use of at least two well-tolerated antiepileptic drugs (ASMs) based on the type of epileptic seizure, the duration without seizure of the study participants did not reach three times or one year of the longest seizure interval before treatment);
3. The epileptic focus to be resected is located in a non-functional area (including motor and language areas) , confirmed by imaging and/or SEEG;
4. Be willing to receive Epileptic focus resection, be willing to cooperate and complete the research follow-up and related examinations;
5. Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form in person (for minor research participants, the form should be signed by the guardian on their behalf);

排除标准：

1. 排除颞叶内侧癫痫、肿瘤癫痫；
2. 有严重心血管或循环系统疾病且不能耐受手术；
3. 近1个月内参与过其他研究性药物或器械临床试验；
4. 无法理解试验要求，或不能完成研究随访计划；
5. 孕妇和哺乳期妇女；
6. 存在严重的精神疾病，认知或情绪障碍而无法完成随访的研究参与者；
7. 研究者认为有其他不适合入组的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude medial temporal lobe epilepsy and tumor epilepsy;
2. Have severe cardiovascular or circulatory system diseases and cannot tolerate surgery;
3. Have participated in other clinical trials of investigational drugs or devices within the past month;
4. Unable to understand the test requirements or unable to complete the research follow-up plan.
5. Pregnant and lactating women;
6. Research participants with severe mental illness, cognitive or emotional disorders who are unable to complete the follow-up;
7. The researcher believes there are other circumstances that make enrollment unsuitable;
