研究目的：

本研究以1岁以内的紫绀型先心病患儿为研究对象，将反映局部脑氧饱和度和中心静脉动脉二氧化碳分压差联合起来为目标，通过改善紫绀型患儿体外循环心脏手术围术期氧供需平衡及内脏灌注，达到降低患儿术后各系统并发症，改善预后的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

in this study, children with cyanotic congenital heart disease less than 1 year old were taken as the research object. The goal was to reflect the regional cerebral oxygen saturation and the central venous artery carbon dioxide partial pressure difference. Oxygen supply and demand balance and visceral perfusion can achieve the purpose of reducing various postoperative system complications and improving prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在本医院小儿心脏外科接受CPB下心脏手术的紫绀型先心病患儿；（2）年龄≤1岁；（3）体重大于2.5kg；（4）术前血氧饱和度大于80%；（5）术前血红蛋白大于100g/L。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children with cyanotic congenital heart disease undergoing cardiac surgery under CPB in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery in our hospital; (2) age ≤ 1 year; (3) weight greater than 2.5kg; (4) preoperative blood oxygen saturation greater than 80% ; (5) Preoperative hemoglobin is greater than 100g / L.

排除标准：

（1）非紫绀型先心病；（2）早产儿；（3）肝、肾、肺、脑等重要器官疾病；（4）术前动脉Lac＞2.5mmol/L;（5）术前有抢救病史；（6）妈妈有酗酒和吸毒等病史；（7）监护人未签署知情同意书；（8）术中及术后出现重大并发症，如心跳骤停，脱离体外循环机困难等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) acyanotic congenital heart disease; (2) Premature infants; (3) Liver, kidney, lung, brain and other important organ diseases; (4) Preoperative arterial Lac> 2.5mmol / L; (5) Rescue before operation Medical history; (6) The mother has a history of alcohol and drug abuse; (7) The guardian did not sign the informed consent; (8) Major complications occurred during and after the operation, such as cardiac arrest, difficulty in getting out of the extracorporeal circulation machine, etc.
