研究目的：

内窥镜检查是减肥手术前非常重要的检查，也是早期癌症筛查和消化系统疾病治疗的重要手段。重度肥胖人群无痛胃镜检查的风险极高，因此这些人群往往在“痛苦中”熬过胃镜检查。此研究拟探讨深镇痛-浅镇静麻醉方式的有效性、安全性，为重度肥胖患者的胃镜检查的麻醉方案选择，提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Endoscopy is a critically important examination prior to bariatric surgery, as well as a key method for early cancer screening and the treatment of digestive system diseases. Sedated gastroscopy carries extremely high risks for severely obese individuals, consequently forcing this population to often endure the procedure in pain. This study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of a deep analgesia-light sedation anesthesia approach, in order to provide a scientific basis for selecting anesthesia protocols during gastroscopy for severely obese patients.

纳入标准：

1.重度肥胖患者（BMI>=40）； 2.做胃镜检查；

1.Patients with severe obesity (BMI>=40); 2.underwent gastroscopy;

排除标准：

1.局麻胃镜检查成功者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.completed gastroscopy under topical anesthesia;
