主要研究目的：针对本项目的样本分析研究，主要目的是：通过体外功能实验明确母乳源肽和益生菌作用机制。利用新生儿脐带血来源的免疫细胞建立体外模型，直接验证上述关键母乳肽以及特定母乳源益生菌对免疫细胞（如巨噬细胞、T细胞）分化和功能的调节作用，从而将母乳成分的发现与具体的生物学功能联系起来。 次要研究目的：针对本项目的样本分析研究，次要目的：探究上述母乳肽及益生菌所诱导的免疫细胞（如巨噬细胞极化、T细胞亚群分化）变化谱式，明确新生儿期特有的免疫应答模式，并与已知的成人免疫应答进行初步比较。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objective: For the sample analysis study of this project, the main objective is: Through in vitro functional experiments, to clarify the mechanism of action of breast milk peptides and probiotics. Using immune cells derived from neonatal umbilical cord blood to establish an in vitro model, directly verify the regulatory effects of the aforementioned key breast milk peptides and specific breast milk-derived probiotics on the differentiation and function of immune cells (such as macrophages, T cells), thereby linking the discovery of breast milk components with specific biological functions. Secondary research objective: For the sample analysis study of this project, the secondary objective is: To explore the patterns of changes in immune cells (such as macrophage polarization, T cell subpopulation differentiation) induced by these breast milk peptides and probiotics, clarify the unique immune response patterns during the neonatal period, and conduct a preliminary comparison with the known adult immune responses.

纳入标准：

1:新生儿状况：单胎、足月（孕37-42周）出生，Apgar评分＞7分，无重大先天性疾病、遗传代谢病或出生窒息等需重症监护的情况。 2:母亲健康状况：无重大慢性疾病、活动性传染病或自身免疫性疾病。 3:知情同意：产妇本人充分了解脐带血采集仅用于本研究，并自愿签署单独的书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: Neonatal condition: Single birth, full-term (gestational age 37-42 weeks), with Apgar score > 7, and no major congenital diseases, genetic metabolic disorders, or birth asphyxia requiring intensive care; 2: Mother's health condition: No major chronic diseases, active infectious diseases, or autoimmune diseases; 3: Informed consent: The mother fully understood that the collection of umbilical cord blood was only for this study and voluntarily signed a separate written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1:母亲疾病/用药：近期（如产前/产后一周内）使用可能影响免疫系统的药物（如大剂量激素、免疫抑制剂等）。 2:婴儿状况：婴儿被诊断为重大先天性疾病、遗传代谢病或需在新生儿重症监护室长期治疗。 3:其他因素：研究者判断存在任何可能影响样本代表性或增加研究风险的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Mother's illness/medication: Recently (within one week before or after delivery), the mother has used drugs that may affect the immune system (such as high-dose hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.); 2: Infant condition: The infant has been diagnosed with a major congenital disease, genetic metabolic disorder, or requires long-term treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit; 3: Other factors: The researcher determines that there are any other circumstances that may affect the representativeness of the sample or increase the risk of the study.
