研究目的：

系统比较心肺复苏通气模式（CPRV）与容量控制通气（IPPV）在CPR期间对血流动力学和氧合指标的影响，为制定CPR机械通气策略提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically compare the effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation ventilation mode (CPRV) and volume-controlled ventilation (IPPV) on hemodynamic and oxygenation indicators during CPR, and to provide evidence-based basis for formulating mechanical ventilation strategies for CPR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.非创伤性心脏骤停；
3.同意心肺复苏术；

Inclusion criteria

1.age≧18 years old;
2.non-traumatic cardiac arrest;
3.agree to cardiopulmonary resuscitation;

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2.既往有严重哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、间质性肺病等呼吸系统疾病；
3.有严重的限制生存期限的终末期疾病；
4.肺栓塞；

Exclusion criteria：

1.duration of pregnancy;
2.severe respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and interstitial lung disease in the past;
3.end-stage diseases with severe survival limits;
4.pulmonary embolism;
