研究目的：

1.探讨正念冥想对阈下抑郁大学生抑郁、焦虑等情绪的改善; 2.探讨正念冥想对阈下抑郁患者Hcy 代谢、25-(OH)D 和炎症免疫因子水平的调节作用; 3.探讨正念冥想了解在冥想训练 4 周及 8 周后的作用效果；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the improvement of depression, anxiety and other emotions in college students with subthreshold depression through mindfulness meditation; 2. Explore the regulatory effect of mindfulness meditation on Hcy metabolism, 25-(OH)D and inflammatory immune factor levels in patients with subthreshold depression; 3. Explore the regulatory effect of mindfulness meditation on brain function in patients with subthreshold depression in fNIRS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18至 30岁汉族成年人，男女不限，志愿者意识清楚； 2.患者健康问卷-9（Patient Health Questionnaire-9，PHQ-9）≥5分且贝克抑郁量表第二版（Beck Depression Inventory-II，BDI-Ⅱ）≥14分； 3.正常收缩压和舒张压； 4.BMI≤28； 5.能够参加为期 8 周的每周六课程，并在平时进行每日练习； 6.未服用任何精神活性药物，无物质依赖； 7.近三个月内无涉及冥想和正念的相关训练； 8.所有参与者均书面知情同意参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-30 years; 2. Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) score >=5 and Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) score >=14. 3. Normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure. 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) <= 28 kg/m2. 5. Able to attend weekly Saturday sessions for 8 weeks and engage in daily practice on weekdays. 6. No current use of psychoactive medications and no history of substance dependence. 7. No prior meditation or mindfulness training within the past 3 months. 8. Provision of written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重神经系统疾病、双相障碍、精神发育迟滞者、其他精神疾病以及物质滥用者（酒精、精神活性物质以及中枢神经兴奋剂滥用等）； 2.患有重大躯体疾病、与高 Hcy 血症相关的疾病，如高血压、糖尿病、慢性肾功能衰竭或肝功能衰竭者； 3.最近在服用影响 Hcy 水平的药物，如维生素 B6、叶酸、维生素 B12 和其他相关药物者； 4.具有抽烟、喝酒，长期喝茶、咖啡等习惯史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe neurological disorders, bipolar disorder, intellectual disability, other psychiatric disorders, or substance abuse history (alcohol, psychoactive substances, CNS stimulants). 2. Major physical diseases or hyperhomocysteinemia-related conditions (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal/hepatic failure). 3. Current/recent use of homocysteine-affecting medications (vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, related supplements). 4. History of regular smoking, alcohol consumption, or chronic tea/coffee drinking.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集使用电子问卷进行，对电子版问卷数据进行保存管理。血液和唾液采集使用采血管和唾液采集管采集，使用后进行销毁处理。近红外数据采用近红外一起采集，对近红外数据进行保存处理。

Data collection was conducted using electronic questionnaires, and the electronic questionnaire data were saved and managed.
