1.取得护士执业资格证； 2.工作时间＞1年；

Inclusion criteria

（1）资料收集前：研究者针对调查目的、调查对象及问卷填写方法等内容进行解释说明。 （2）资料收集中：研究者通过“问卷星”平台发放电子版问卷，填写问卷前使用统一的指导语向参与者说明问卷的填写要求和注意事项，获取研究对象知情同意后独立完成问卷，总答题时间约为5分钟。 （3）数据管理：研究者将收集上来的问卷资料统一录入Epidata软件，研究者对问卷进行核对和筛查，剔除无效问卷。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Before data collection: The researcher explains and clarifies the purpose of the survey, the survey subjects, and the method of filling out the questionnaire, etc. (2) During the data collection process: The researchers distributed electronic questionnaires through the "Wenjuanxing" platform. Before filling out the questionnaires, they used uniform instructions to explain the filling requirements and precautions to the participants. After obtaining the informed consent of the research subjects, they independently completed the questionnaires. The total answering time was approximately 5 minutes. (3) Data Management: The researchers uniformly input the collected questionnaire data into the Epidata software, and then check and screen the questionnaires to eliminate invalid ones.
