研究目的：

1. 调查放射性碘治疗患者的医学应对方式现状与心理弹性水平； 2. 分析放射性碘治疗患者医学应对方式（面对、回避、屈服）与心理弹性的相关性； 3. 探讨影响放射性碘治疗患者心理弹性的主要因素，为制定针对性心理干预策略提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current status of medical coping modes and the level of psychological resilience in patients undergoing radioactive iodine therapy; 2. To analyze the correlation between medical coping modes (confrontation, avoidance, and resignation) and psychological resilience in patients undergoing radioactive iodine therapy; 3. To explore the main influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients undergoing radioactive iodine therapy, so as to provide a basis for formulating targeted psychological intervention strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18 岁，性别不限； 2. 经临床诊断为分化型甲状腺癌，拟行或已行放射性碘（131I）治疗（治疗后1个月内）； 3. 意识清晰，具备正常的语言表达能力和阅读理解能力，能够独立完成问卷填写； 4. 自愿参与本研究，签署书面知情同意书；无严重精神疾病、认知功能障碍及其他影响问卷作答的躯体疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥18 years, no gender restriction; 2. Clinically diagnosed with differentiated thyroid cancer, scheduled for or having undergone radioactive iodine (131I) treatment (within 1 month after treatment); 3. Conscious, with normal language expression and reading comprehension abilities, capable of independently completing the questionnaire; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study, having signed a written informed consent form; no severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or other physical conditions that affect the ability to complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭； 2. 认知功能障碍、文盲或无法独立完成问卷者； 3. 不配合资料收集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Cognitive dysfunction, illiteracy, or inability to complete the questionnaire independently; 3. Those who do not cooperate with data collection.
