纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.通过急诊、门诊或院际转诊途径入住入院管理中心的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients admitted to the Admission Management Center via emergency department, outpatient service or inter-hospital referral;

排除标准：

1. 已明确诊断为终末期疾病患者； 2. 入院前已接受重症监护治疗； 3. 院前心肺复苏后患者； 4. 妊娠患者； 5. 数据缺失超过30%者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of end-stage diseases; 2. Patients who had received intensive care treatment prior to admission; 3. Patients after pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 4. Pregnant patients; 5. Subjects with missing data exceeding 30%.
