研究目的：

向存在错误证据的系统综述的作者或编辑发送电子邮件通知是否能够加快去除这些错误证据的过程。比较同时向编辑和作者发送警报与仅向编辑或作者发送警报的效果差异，评估不同干预措施对证据修复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Sending an email to the authors or editors of a systematic review containing erroneous evidence to notify them may speed up the process of removing this erroneous evidence. Compare the effects of sending alerts to both editors and authors simultaneously with sending alerts to only editors or only authors, and assess the impact of different interventions on evidence correction.

纳入标准：

我们将确定符合以下所有纳入标准的合格 SR（受污染的 SR）： 1.在证据综合中至少纳入一项已撤回试验的系统评价； 2.系统综述侧重于医疗保健干预措施； 3.在随机分组前，对于已撤回的试验，未采取任何纠正措施，例如修正和更新； 4.更新版本仍需综合已撤回的试验（例如，Cochrane综述）。

Inclusion criteria

We will identify eligible SRs (contaminated SRs) that meet all of the following inclusion criteria: 1.SRs that synthesize at least one retracted trial in evidence synthesis; 2.SRs focused on healthcare interventions; 3.No correction action regarding the retracted trials prior to randomization, such as correction, and updating; 4.Updated version remaining to synthesize retracted trials (e.g., Cochrane reviews).

排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：

And, contaminated SRs will be excluded if reviews meet any of the exclusion criteria: 1.SRs themselves have been retracted; 2.Retracted trials having been removed in the latest version of targeted SRs and conclusion having been updated accordingly; 3.SRs labelled as an expression of concern by editors; 4.Evidence used for meta-regression analysis and other reproducibility study (e.g., umbrella reviews), due to burden of replication to these studies; 5.SRs published on pre-print websites (e.g., medRxiv); 6.SRs published in non-English languages; 7.SRs published as short reports or conference abstracts.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomization will be performed to allocate eligible SRs into three groups at a 1:1:1 ratio: (Group A) e-mail alert to journal editors, (Group B) e-mail alert to authors, and (Group C) control (no intervention). The independent statisticians and computer specialists will generate the randomization sequence using a computer-generated random number for three groups. The sequence will be generated for each stratum to ensure balanced allocation with impact quartiles.
