1. 开发基于多期增强CT的三级分类深度学习模型（病变检出、良恶性鉴别、侵袭性评估） 2. 前瞻性验证AI系统对不同年资医师诊断性能的提升效果 3. 评估AI辅助决策的临床价值与成本效益  

Objectives of Study：

1.Development of a deep learning model for tri-level classification based on multi-phase enhanced CT (lesion detection, benign/malignant differentiation, invasiveness assessment) 2.Prospective validation of the performance improvement of AI systems on the diagnostic performance of physicians of different experience levels 3.Evaluation of the clinical value and cost-effectiveness of AI-assisted decision-making

纳入标准：

回顾性研究： 1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 完整多期增强CT（≥3期相）； 3. 金标准确认（病理或≥24个月随访）。 前瞻性研究： 1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 初诊疑似肾脏占位需CT检查； 3. 签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Retrospective studies: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Complete multi-phase contrast-enhanced CT (>=3 phases); 3. Gold standard confirmation (pathology or >=24 months follow-up) Prospective studies: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Suspected renal lesion requiring CT examination at initial diagnosis; 3: Signed informed consent

排除标准：

回顾性研究： 1. CT图像质量差； 2. 既往肾脏治疗史； 3. 资料不全。 前瞻性研究： 1. 孕妇/哺乳期； 2. 既往肾脏治疗史； 3. 无法完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

Retrospective studies: 1. Poor CT image quality; 2. History of previous kidney treatment; 3. Incomplete data. Prospective studies: 1. Pregnant/lactating women; 2. History of previous kidney treatment; 3. Inability to complete follow-up.
