研究目的：

1）理论研究目标：通过分析胃癌患者动态多维的历史数据（包括体检数据、用药史、其他疾病史、家族史及HP的感染和治疗等），发现胃癌发展过程的内在规律及外在表现，构建胃癌的早期诊断预测模型AI-EGC，完成对健康人群进行早期筛查及分级管理。同时开展早期胃癌病人及高风险人群留样的多组学研究，揭示关键标志物在胃癌发展过程中的分子机制和潜在生物学功能，进一步建立早期胃癌诊断预测的组学模型。发表高质量论文不少于3篇，其中SCI检索不少于2篇。 2）应用系统研发目标：围绕AI-EGC模型开发用户友好型的早期胃癌风险筛查与预警系统，提供分级的胃癌风险筛查建议，并通过分级筛查结果进一步优化和修正预测模型。发明专利不少于2项。 3）应用成果推广目标：在宁波市第一医院、宁波鄞州区第二医院等三家医院，以及鄞州区疾控中心系统，对健康人群进行胃癌风险的监测，并提供分级的筛查建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Theoretical Research Objectives: By analyzing dynamic multi-dimensional historical data of gastric cancer patients (including physical examination data, medication history, other disease history, family history, and Helicobacter pylori infection and treatment, etc.), discover the inherent laws and external manifestations in the development process of gastric cancer, construct an early diagnosis and prediction model for gastric cancer named AI-EGC, and complete early screening and graded management for healthy populations. Meanwhile, conduct multi-omics research on samples from early gastric cancer patients and high-risk populations, reveal the molecular mechanisms and potential biological functions of key biomarkers in the development of gastric cancer, and further establish an omics model for early gastric cancer diagnosis and prediction. Publish no less than 3 high-quality papers, among which no less than 2 are indexed by SCI. 2.Applied System Development Objectives: Develop a user-friendly early gastric cancer risk screening and early warning system around the AI-EGC model, provide graded gastric cancer risk screening recommendations, and further optimize and refine the prediction model through graded screening results. Obtain no less than 2 invention patents. 3.Application Outcome Promotion Objectives: Conduct gastric cancer risk monitoring for healthy populations and provide graded screening recommendations in three hospitals (Ningbo First Hospital, Ningbo Yinzhou D

纳入标准：

1. 胃经内镜检查及病理活检确诊为胃癌（包括早期胃癌、中晚期胃癌及高级别上皮内瘤变）、慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性非萎缩性胃炎的患者； 2. 临床病理资料完整（包括TNM分期、病理类型、肿瘤分化程度等）。 3. 术前未接受放疗、化疗、生物免疫治疗或靶向治疗。 4. 患者或家属签署知情同意书，且研究方案经医院伦理委员会批准。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer (including early, locally advanced, and metastatic gastric cancer as well as high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia) via endoscopic examination of the stomach and pathological biopsy, as well as those with chronic atrophic gastritis or chronic non-atrophic gastritis;
2.Complete clinicopathological data (including TNM stage, pathological type, tumor differentiation degree, etc.).
3.Patients who have not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological immunotherapy, or targeted therapy before surgery.
4.Patients or their families have signed informed consent, and the research protocol has been approved by the hospital's ethics committee.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重肝肾功能不全、自身免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病（如糖尿病酮症酸中毒）或其他恶性肿瘤（胃癌除外）； 2. 术前接受过任何形式的抗肿瘤治疗（如放疗、化疗、靶向治疗等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders (such as diabetic ketoacidosis), or other malignant tumors (excluding gastric cancer);
2.Patients who have received any form of anti-tumor treatment before surgery (such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.).
