研究目的：

本研究旨在基于多维度术前数据，开发一个整合预测模型，以辅助实现屈光手术的个性化临床决策。该模型能够同时提供个性化手术方案推荐与关键术后效果预测，为临床规划提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop an integrated predictive model based on multidimensional preoperative data to support personalized clinical decision-making for refractive surgery. This model is designed to concurrently provide personalized surgical recommendation and predict key postoperative outcomes, thereby offering valuable reference for clinical planning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.本人有摘镜意愿，对手术效果有合理期望值； 2.年龄18-45岁； 3.屈光状态稳定（每2年近视变化不超0.50D）>=2年； 4.最佳矫正视力>=0.8； 5.术前等效球镜度-0.50D~-6.00D，柱镜-1.00D~-4.50D； 6.角膜内皮计数>=2000个/mm^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. I am willing to undergo lens removal and have reasonable expectations for the surgical outcome; 2. Age 18-45 years; 3. Stable refractive status (myopia changes no more than 0.50D every 2 years) for >=2 years; 4. Best corrected visual acuity >=0.8; 5. Preoperative spherical equivalent -0.50D to -6.00D, cylinder -1.00D to -4.50D; 6. Corneal endothelial cell count >=2000 cells/mm^2.

排除标准：

1.眼部活动性炎症或感染； 2.重度干眼； 3.未受控制的青光眼, 白内障； 4.对视力有影响的眼底疾病； 5.严重的抑郁，焦虑等症状； 6.未受控制的全身结缔组织疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active ocular inflammation or infection; 2. Severe dry eye; 3. Uncontrolled glaucoma, cataracts; 4. Fundus diseases affecting vision; 5. Severe depression, anxiety, and other symptoms; 6. Uncontrolled systemic connective tissue diseases.
