研究目的：

探讨基于Orem自理理论的日记疗法对急诊重症监护室（EICU）患者自我护理能力的影响，为改善EICU患者的自我护理能力提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of diary therapy based on Orem's self-care theory on the self-care ability of patients in emergency intensive care unit (EICU), and to provide evidence for improving self-care ability of EICU patients.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 18周岁； 2. 病情稳定； 3. 认知正常； 4. 知情同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. Stable condition; 3. Normal cognition; 4. Informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

1. 并发其他重大疾病者（如心功能衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤、严重外伤等）； 2. 正在参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with other major diseases (e.g., heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe trauma); 2. Participating in other studies simultaneously.
