研究目的：

本研究基于面部美学分区，通过回顾性分析改良矩形推进皮瓣在颧弓区及外颊区病损切除修复中的临床应用效果，评价术后皮肤张力的均衡性、切口设计的合理性及皮瓣推进方向对美学效果的影响，从而总结并优化颧弓区及外颊区皮瓣修复策略，提升面部轮廓的协调性与整体美观度。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively analyze the clinical outcomes of the modified rectangular advancement flap in the reconstruction of zygomatic arch and lateral cheek defects based on facial aesthetic subunits. It retrospectively evaluates postoperative balance of skin tension, the rationality of incision design, and the influence of flap advancement direction on aesthetic outcomes, aiming to summarize and optimize reconstructive strategies for zygomatic and lateral cheek regions to improve facial contour harmony and overall aesthetics.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.既往在南昌大学第一附属医院接受颧颊区皮肤良恶性肿瘤切除并行改良矩形推进皮瓣修复术的患者;
2.术前术后资料完整，包括病历、术中记录及标准化影像资料;
3.术后完成常规随访并有记录者;

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent tumor resection in the zygomatic–cheek region with modified rectangular advancement flap reconstruction;
2.Patients with complete pre- and postoperative data;
3.Patients with recorded postoperative follow-up;

排除标准：

1.临床资料不完整或随访记录缺失者;
2.合并严重系统性疾病或特殊情况(如妊娠期、哺乳期等)导致临床资料无法评估者;
3.有明显影响伤口愈合的全身性疾病史(如糖尿病、凝血障碍、长期激素使用等)者;
4.术式不符合改良矩形推进皮瓣标准或手术记录不清者;

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with incomplete data or missing follow-up;
2.Patients with severe systemic disease or special conditions affecting evaluation;
3.Patients with conditions affecting wound healing;
4.Patients with non-standard procedures or unclear records;
