研究目的：

1. 明确婴幼儿出生时及 1 月龄、3 月龄、6 月龄、12 月龄、18 月龄、24 月龄、36 月龄的生长发育现状及动态变化轨迹； 2. 筛选影响婴幼儿 1 月龄至 36 月龄生长发育的关键临床因素； 3. 分析婴幼儿 1 月龄、6 月龄、24 月龄、36 月龄肠道菌群结构的动态变化规律； 4. 探索不同月龄肠道菌群特征与生长发育指标的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the growth and development status and dynamic trajectories of infants at birth, as well as at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, and 36 months of age. 2. Identify key clinical factorsinfluencing the growth and development of infants from 1 month to 36 months of age. 3. Analyze the dynamic patterns of change in the gut microbiota structure of infants at 1 month, 6 months, 24 months, and 36 months of age. 4. Explore the correlation between characteristics of gut microbiota at different ages and growth and development indicators.

纳入标准：

1. 行肠道手术时年龄≤1岁的婴幼儿 2. 因疾病需接受经肠道手术的患儿 3. 家属自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Infants and young children aged ≤1 year at the time of intestinal surgery 2. Children requiring intestinal surgery due to disease 3. Legal guardians voluntarily signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 患儿患有合并严重循环系统、呼吸系统、神经系统疾病 2. 家属无法配合随访

Exclusion criteria：

1. The child has coexisting severe circulatory, respiratory, or neurological diseases 2. The family is unable to cooperate with follow-up

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 病例记录表：采用研究方案中设计的 “基线资料表”“术后住院阶段资料表”“术后随访阶段资料表”，由经过培训的研究者手写填写，确保数据真实完整； 2. 电子采集和管理系统：建立 Excel 表格数据库，对 病例记录表数据进行电子化录入，由 2 名研究者独立录入并交叉核对，不一致时通过讨论或咨询主要研究者解决。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Case Report Forms (CRFs): The pre-designed "Baseline Information Form," "Postoperative Inpatient Phase Form," and "Postoperative Follow-up Phase Form" from the study protocol were used. These forms were completed by hand by trained investigators to ensure the authenticity and completeness of the data.2. Electronic Data Capture and Management System: An Excel spreadsheet database was established for the electronic entry of data from the CRFs. Two researchers independently entered the data and performed cross-verification. Any discrepancies were resolved through discussion or by consulting the principal investigator.
