研究目的 本研究旨在系统评估外卖配送从业人员干眼症状的流行病学特征及危险因素，并构建职业特异性的风险预测模型，具体目标包括： 1．描述样本人群特征：系统收集外卖配送员的人口学特征（性别、年龄、BMI、教育程度、婚姻状态等）、职业与环境暴露特征（配送工作时长、总里程、单量、夜班情况、主要配送工作城市的气象与污染情况等）及生活行为特征（吸烟、饮酒、夜宵、屏幕使用时长等），为干眼危险因素分析及风险预测模型提供基础数据。 2. 分析影响干眼症状的多维因素：探讨人群特征、环境与职业暴露、生活行为、心理状态（工作紧张度COSS、焦虑抑郁PHQ-4、睡眠质量B-PSQI等）对干眼症状（OSDI-6评分）的独立及联合影响；评估潜在交互效应及中介效应，揭示职业因素、行为及心理通路与干眼的关系，为干眼预防与干预策略提供理论依据。 3. 构建职业特异性干眼风险预测模型：基于多因素分析结果，构建适用于外卖配送员的干眼风险预测模型，采用多种统计和机器学习方法（逻辑回归、随机森林、XGBoost等），并进行内部交叉验证及外部验证，评估模型的预测性能和泛化能力，为职业健康管理和早期干眼筛查提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Research Objectives This study aims to systematically evaluate the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of dry eye symptoms among food delivery workers and to develop an occupation-specific risk prediction model. Specific objectives include: 1. Describe the characteristics of the study population: Systematically collect demographic data (gender, age, BMI, education level, marital status, etc.), occupational and environmental exposure data (delivery duration, total mileage, number of orders, night shift status, meteorological and pollution conditions in the primary delivery city, etc.), and lifestyle behavior data (smoking, alcohol consumption, late-night meals, screen time, etc.) from food delivery workers to provide foundational data for dry eye risk factor analysis and risk prediction modeling. 2. Analyze multidimensional factors influencing dry eye symptoms: Examine the independent and combined effects of demographic characteristics, environmental and occupational exposures, lifestyle behaviors, and psychological status (work stress [COSS], anxiety and depression [PHQ-4], sleep quality [B-PSQI], etc.) on dry eye symptoms (OSDI-6 score); Evaluate potential interaction and mediation effects to elucidate the relationships between occupational factors, behavioral patterns, and psychological pathways and dry eye, thereby providing a theoretical basis for dry eye prevention and intervention strategies. 3. Develop an occupation-specific dry eye risk prediction model: Based on the results of the multivariate analysis, construct a dry eye risk prediction model tailored for food delivery riders. Employ various statistical and machine learning methods (logistic regression, random forest, XGBoost, etc.), and conduct internal cross-validation and external validation to assess the model’s predictive performance and generalization ability, thereby providing a scientific basis for occupational health management and early dry eye screening.

纳入标准：

1、当前从事外卖配送工作≥12个月； 2、年龄大于18岁； 3、同意参与调查并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Currently working as a food delivery rider for >=12 months; 2. Age 18 or older; 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、近半年接受眼科手术或眼部外伤者； 2、近半年佩戴角膜矫形镜、隐形眼镜或美瞳的人群（可根据研究目的保留）； 3、既往诊断有严重眼部疾病（如葡萄膜炎、持续性角膜炎等）； 4、使用可能影响眼部健康的药物（如皮质类固醇、抗青光眼药物等）者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who have undergone eye surgery or sustained an eye injury within the past six months; 2. Individuals who have worn orthokeratology lenses, contact lenses, or colored contact lenses within the past six months (may be included depending on the study objectives); 3. Individuals with a history of severe eye diseases (such as uveitis, persistent keratitis, etc.); 4. Individuals using medications that may affect eye health (such as corticosteroids, anti-glaucoma medications, etc.).
