研究目的：

本研究旨在探索老年患者术后整体及不同维度（记忆力、定向力、计算注意力、语言理解力）认知功能的变化轨迹，总结整体及不同维度认知功能的变化规律，并分析其危险因素。为临床提供更具针对性的预防与干预策略，提高老年患者术后康复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the trajectories of postoperative cognitive changes in elderly patients, both in overall cognitive function and across specific dimensions (including memory, orientation, attention/calculation, and language comprehension). It seeks to summarize the patterns of these changes in both overall and domain-specific cognitive performance and to analyze their associated risk factors. The findings are intended to provide a more targeted basis for clinical prevention and intervention strategies, thereby enhancing the quality of postoperative recovery in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.非心脏非神经外科手术患者 2.年龄≥65岁 3.ASA分级：Ⅰ-Ⅲ级手术患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing non-cardiac, non-neurosurgical procedures 2.Age>= 65 years 3.ASA physical status classification: patients classified as class I–III

排除标准：

1.术后MMSE量表数据缺失 2.术后TISC量表数据缺失 3.整体变量缺失40%以上的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Missing postoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) data 2.Missing postoperative TISC scale data 3.Patients with more than 40% missing overall variables
